Waterford's Tretford Cord Roll Carpet is a durable 2 metre wide roll carpet manufactured in Ireland. The product's face fibre comprises of 80% goat hair and is bonded to a 100% undyed, jute backing. This hard wearing product is suitable for all work spaces and residential environments and is easy to lay and versatile. Supply of goat hair supports nomadic herders in developing countries.

Tretford Cord Roll Carpet has been compared to an industry standard Nylon Broadloom carpet (no cushion) product which serves as the business as usual for the floor covering product category. The life cycle inventory data compiled for the BAU product was obtained from industry study.

The certificate only applies to products using the following dyes: Alpaset Rouge 2BH, Lanasol Red 2G, Apbatex (Cibacel), Alpacide Blue AR, Lanasol Blue 8G, Alpaset Blue 2RA, Lanasol Yellow 4G, Alpaset Vert BN, Alpaset Rough G-M, Alpaset Jaune 4GN, Lanasol Blue 3R, Lanasol Red B, Alpaset Gris G, Lanasol Red 5B, Alpaset Jaune 2R, Alpaset Brun B.
The certificate only applies to Tretford Roll in thickness of 7mm, specified with density of 2.91kg/m2
